Our beautiful Permaculture garden!
Those of us present at the first gathering know the amount of love and work that we all put into creating our magical permaculture garden. Those of us at the second SOL Harvest Festival will know how amazing and abundant the garden is now looking! (in just 2 months) and how much food we harvested during the weekend!!
Nature is completely magical..
During the first Space of Love, Beau Horgan (permaculture guru) guided us into creating an amazing permaculture garden.. all in just one weekend. We got ourselves good and dirty as we dug, composted, mulched, planted seeds, seedlings and trees, and blessed the garden in song and dance at the end of the weekend.
Now, two months later, the sunflowers are smiling, and the garden is adorn with abundance. During the harvest festival weekend we harvested an amazing amount of food from the garden…
marrows, radish, beans and lettuce, wild rocket, sorrel, spinach, spring onion, herbs and edible flowers.
From a permie guru in the garden at the first gathering, to two ultra talented raw foodies during the second gathering, what more could we ask for? For their Saturday lunch meal prep, Nat and Noel toured the garden finding so much more than meets the eye. Inbetween the weeds, grow wild rocket, maroch, edible flowers, a range of herbs and red mustard leaf.
And still growing, (and perhaps ready in time for our next gathering!) are brussel sprouts, mielies, carrots, broad beans and peas.
Thank you so much for all who put their energy into creating and loving the garden into being, and all those who harvested and feasted during the second gathering.. and of course all the nature spirits and rain that have been looking after the garden in between. bless!

This is beautiful.
Please share some pics of the garden if you have
