Buffalo Hill Eco Village – South Africa
Kins´ Domain Community possibility in South Africa
Dearest Kin,
Please read this article to find out about the exciting opportunity for another Kins´Domain eco-village in South Africa. Hans is a property developer who read the Ringing Cedars books when he was in Holland, and has been looking for land since to help develop a Kins´domain eco-village inspired by Anastasia.
He has found a piece of land between P.E and Jeffreys bay.
The site is over 600 ha, and can house around 50 families.
The rest of the land is applicable for a nature reserve. It has a beautiful view of the sea coast and on the other side to the baviaans Mountains.
There is game on the land (including zebra, wildebeest and impala) and the idea was for an Eco Village, but also for Eco Tourism which can accumulate income and be used for the settlers.
click here to read more about the land and the proposed ideas. or email Hans directly on hans@kingshomeinspection.co.za.
To see photos of the land, email me, ashleigh@spaceoflove.co.za and i will forward photos to you. (for some reason the photo uploading software for our website is not working)

(last!) Day gathering update!!
In this update: program and meal arrangements
Hello Darlings! OK, me n Samantha Slewinski russtled up a wee bit of a program together last night next to the fire over a delicious dinner of mezze munchies and raw choc. Here it is…
Cape town day gathering next weekend : Changing the day from Saturday to Sunday
Hi Loves.
A quick update…
DATE: I’m changing the date to Sunday as there is a big festival in muizenberg that the whole muizenberg community is involved in.. The Muizenberg community is so lovely- i would like to make is easy for them to attend. Also our host would very much like to be there. I apologise if this messes with anyone’s arrangements! And this way the earth dance people may be more inclined to join us if they’ve had their fill of earth dancing by Sunday.
OFFERINGS: One or two have offered to do some activities (children’s activities, a talk, some music and a dance) but i don’t have more than that confirmed… so if you would like to help us co-create this, please let me know.. it can be very informal and playful too if you have a fun idea up your sleeve. Will send out a proper activities list on Wednesday.
MEALS: Bring and share enough for Lunch and left overs for Supper if you are staying. If you plan to eat please be sure to contribute food to the feast!!
Raw/ vegan/ vegetarian please :-)
Love Annwen
…oops. here are the dates and venue for the day gathering :-)
Time :Saturday, September 24 · 9:00am – 9:00pm
Location: Awakenings (Dale Simpson’s house). 26 upper towers rd, muizenberg, cape town.
Please park in Albert road to avoid blocking Upper Towers- you’ll see what I mean…
♥Space of Love Spring Equinox Day Gathering♥
Dear Heart’s Tribe
It has been so delightful to be sharing the turning of the seasons with you. Winter solstice was magical at the blue hippo in Greyton. There is something so fine, so tender and precious and at the same time, deeply nourishing and grounding that comes about when we have the courage to drop our armouring and connect with one another from a space of authenticity, vulnerability- a space of love.
This month we do so within the greater context of Spring and all the subtle energy of New-ness that it brings.

Our New Earth Vision
Our New Earth (O.N.E.) Vision- http://www.one-vision.us
ONE Vision is a global endeavour that is both radically idealistic and absolutely practical.
It begins with a simple, yet unprecedented petition. The petition is not “anti” anything- it is PRO global systemic transformation.
Essentially the ONE Vision petition aims to gather and expose the critical mass of people who can no longer remain silent and complicit to the fact that our democracy and our growing environmental concerns have been completely subjugated by the globalising corporate profit agenda. Moreover, supporters of ONE Vision, are willing to collectively step into the political arena to fundamentally change it. Yes, we can.
ONE Vision is a vessel designed to carry our unified political voice for us to boldly reclaim our political sovereignty and actively re-direct our international institutions of governance, finance, economy, education and social welfare towards serving Earth Restoration and building a just, empathic and thriving human culture.
To read and sign the ONE Vision petition- and to find out more about the vision and ACTION beyond the petition- you are warmly invited to visit us at: www.one-vision.usNot to put you on the spot or anything, but :-) …You are among the first people to hear about Our New Earth Vision, the petition and the website. So in many ways you are now officially key co-creators (apologies if it’s an imposition…;-) You’re choices and participation vis a vis ONE Vision will have a direct effect on its dissemination and unfolding. Absolutely no pressure and no attachment to outcome- I just thought I should let you know. It’s all good! If, for some reason, you are not interested in signing the petition, then we would love to hear your concerns to see if they can be addressed and/or integrated. “No, because…” is always better that no response at all.Nevertheless, if you think it is worth a try or even inspiring, then you might wish to consider reading the websiteand supporting ONE Vision more actively.
The most valuable and supportive action for ONE Vision- at this stage- is to let as many people as possible know that they have a vote that could radically transform the world’s corporate-political domain and thus the future of our Earth and our children. As it happens I’m currently sitting with a laptop, surrounded by a Rasta culture who are ALL very interested in ONE Vision. No problem collecting signatures here ;-) Wake up. Stand up. Vote for your rights! With love and gratitude,Yanwww.one-vision.us
Our New Earth Vision
“Humanity has finally reached the crux of an evolutionary crossroads -an extensive and escalating conflict of interest between the growing populace of awakening humans and our established governing and economic structures.” (From ONE Vision)
Celebrate All-Earth Day
Beloveds, 23 July 2011 is all-earth day, a holiday designated by Anastasia of the ringing Cedar Series as a day for gardening, planting and connecting lovingly and consciously with the earth.
You can celebrate this day in wonder where ever you are by initiating deep connection with the earth: working lovingly with plants, planting trees, food forests and gardens, giving thanks, creating ritual and ceremony and playfully educating others.
Imagine the huge boost to mother earth when thousands (or millions and billions) of trees, vegetables and gardens are planted all over the world with such glorious and loving devotion and attention! Imagine how this will enrich our neighborhoods and lives and offset all the destruction, pollution and unpleasant vibrations. This is how we begin to co-create a world we actually want to live in!
Mother earth is a conscious being who feels our every touch. When many hands touch the body of earth with love, she feels it, and these vibrations greatly assist her in her path of ascension, and creates more harmony in our own lives (to find out more read the ringing cedar books).
All-earth day is an opportunity to offer deep gratitude and love to mother earth and to become a conscious co-creator with all life…
What you can do to magically and deliciously celebrate all-earth day :
- plant trees (or even better a food forest or edible landscape) and host tree planting ceremonies– make this a joyful, playful and celebratory affair!
choose trees or plants that will add grace and joy to the environment: fruit trees, indigenous trees, berry bushes- do so consciously and with deep love and gratitude for all the forces of creation that sustain life (god, angels, elementals, beloved mother earth)
- renew this connection daily
- You are creating a network of light – you are not just planting a tree, you are becoming a co-creator with all life.
- create a veggie garden/edible landscape or work in an existing one doing so again with a consciousness of supreme love and gratitude.
- get a group of friends together to watch an environmental movie – have a brainstorming session afterwards to see what action it can inspire.
- go to a sacred space in nature and do a ritual of thanksgiving – singing songs, prayers, offerings of love, hugging trees, really feeling into the earth and elemental consciousness
- Speak to the earth mother, tell her you love her, you are sorry for any actions that were less than loving, and ask for her foregiveness
- make a commitment to yourself to connect with the earth in a conscious way more often, to garden, to care for your trees, to share your understanding with others
have an electricity free day. See how cosy your evening can be by fire or candle light, make up stories in the evening, sing songs, share or create poetry –endeavor for this to inspire you to continue to live your life more magically, consciously and joyously. - Make a donation towards organisation that plant trees or rehabilitate forests
Please forward and share this information with others…imagine all the blessings and grace this will bring to your life, the planet and all who live on her. x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x
Please email us with stories, songs and poems from your all-earth day celebrations – we will publish them on our website! Email ahrian@spaceoflove.co.za.

OFFERINGS:
The gatherings are co-creative, with those attending offering workshops, performances, and meal organisation (“focalizing”), as well as sharing the responsibilities for the community’s needs.
The schedule for this gathering will be more open to allow for more community time and spontaneous offerings. If you know in advance that you would like to offer something and wish to guarantee a place in the schedule, please email ahrian@spaceoflove.co.za .
WHAT TO BRING:
A self-sufficient community is made up of self-sufficient individuals. As individuals, and as a community, this journey continues at Space of Love…
Water: The water at the tipi village comes from the farm dam and is not to everyones liking. We invite you to bring your own drinking water.
Food: Meals are co-created vegan with a raw emphasis. If you bring enough food for yourself and your family for the whole w/e, then together we will have enough food for all. Click here for ideas of what to bring.
If you have any equipment you think may be useful in the kitchen, please email to see if we need it. A gas stove and large pots would be most welcome.
Warmth: Good, sturdy, weather resistant camping gear (incl ground mats and matresses) and winter woolies! Warm bedding even for tipis; extra blankets and cushions that can be used to make a snuggly nest in our communal hall as well as extra firewood – free of plastic packaging – would be most welcome. Candle Lanterns would also be wonderful!
Play: If you are not on the schedule, but think you might like to offer something once there, then don’t forget to bring what you might need. Earthy ways of decorating our shared space are so welcome. Please bring your musical instruments!
Love Your Planet… and please bring only biodegradable toiletries
Family Space: This a space for the whole family, with fun, activities and workshops for the kids. We are strictly an alcohol and drug free event.
CO-CREATION: SPACE OF LOVE~A FREE GATHERING by Daniel
As a young gathering, we are still assessing the way we deal with our expenses. Our main expense is the hire of the Tipi Village (R5500) as well as all sorts of bits and pieces like organic food staples, stove and pot hire, advertising, etc. All the money we generate goes back into SOL projects.
Adult tickets are based on the prices that the Tipi village charges to stay there at any other time – for camping or in the tipis – with R15 added to each ticket to contribute towards additional organic food staples (children’s tickets are cheaper than tipi village prices to make the gathering more accessible for families).
This essentially means that you are only paying for your accommodation, and the actual gathering and everything that happens in it, is free.
This is why at the heart of these gatherings is a co-creative spirit, in that everyone attending participates – whether through workshops, performances, help in the kitchen, fetching leaves for the compost etc.
The offering to this community that is most valued however, is to just truly be your authentic self – whatever this might presently be – and hopefully together, we can find the balance between the individual and the community. All are welcome at Space of Love.
Warm Winter Wishes
The SOL Team
